There were all sorts of stories last week that Balthazar Getty was begging his wife of eight years, fashion designer Rosetta Millington, to take his cheating ass back. Getty, 33, was photographed at a hotel, on the beach, on a boat, and pretty much all over the place with actress Sienna Miller, 26, on a vacation in Italy in mid July. Sienna was topless in most of the photos and Getty looked like the cat that ate the canary as he grabbed her boobs playfully and lounged around with her. The pictures were said to be "humiliating" for his family, and Sienna sued photographers in an attempt to find someone else to blame for her lack of a moral compass.
It was thought that Sienna and Balthy had called it quits, because he hung his head in shame and went back to LA while she stayed in London, looking gloomy and greasy haired as usual. Given their distance and the rumors that he was reconciling with his wife, their affair seemed to be on the level of a regrettable fling. The two just can't stay away from each other, though, and they been having secret "meetings" at celebrity favorite hotel the Chateau Marmont in LA:
The actress has had liaisons with millionaire BALTHAZAR GETTY at the Chateau Marmont hotel — less than two miles from his pad in the Hollywood Hills.
It contradicts claims the actor, 33 — heir to a £25billion oil fortune — has dumped Sienna and begged wife Rosetta, mother of his four kids, to take him back.
Sienna, 26, was spotted leaving the Chateau at 4pm on Tuesday. Getty’s car remained inside the hotel garage.
Getty, who was previously snapped snogging the topless Brit on a yacht in Italy, has a room at the hotel while filming in LA.
He is yet to be seen visiting Rosetta, 38, or their kids.
Sources said before leaving the hotel, Sienna appeared nervous and upset — and was arguing on her mobile.
One said: “She looked ragged. Her hair was a mess and she was chain-smoking.
“She was arguing on the phone, talking about her and Balthazar being caught together in Italy.”
Another source added: “Rosetta has a lot of friends in Hollywood. People are turning their backs on Sienna because of this.”
The pair had already been spotted snogging outside a Malibu grocery store on Sunday.

The Sun probably knows some paparazzi who saw both of them at the hotel and this story is likely to be true. Getty has four young kids that range in age from seven years to ten months. He was said to be sending "I'm so sorry, I love you" type e-mails to his wife, but his wife may have balked at letting him back into her life. After his wife's rejection, the pull of Sienna's musky scent and bedroom eyes must have proved too much for him to handle.
Last year when he announced his wife's last pregnancy, Getty told People, "I love kids. I love having a big family." He might only get to see his kids on weekends and a few weeks in the summer from now on. Hope Sienna was worth it for him.
Meanwhile Sienna's "friends" are repeating their claims that she's not a homewrecker. The NY Post reports that "he'd been sleeping on friends' couches for six months" and that "Sienna was always told he was separated."
