Balthazar Getty released a statement today confirming what that picture of him and a topless Miller made the most nearsighted among us see coming a mile away: He and Rosetta Getty, the mother of his four children, have separated.
The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved, the Brothers & Sisters star said.

The 33-year-old actor swapped vows with Rosetta in May 2000. They have four little ones, including daughter June, who was born this past October.
