Pamela Anderson is most famous for being incredibly dumb. Well, I guess that’s what she’s second most famous for. But dumb as she is, Anderson is still shrewd enough to know that she isn’t aging all that gracefully, at least by Hollywood’s definition. Who would have thought that years of tanning yourself to a crispy orange wouldn’t be good for wrinkles?
Pamela has instructed the producers of her new crappy reality show Pam: Girl On The Loose to make sure they keep her in the best light to avoid scaring viewers with her natural appearance. And they’re supposed to stay the hell away from her face.
Having been one of the world’s most famous pin-ups for more than 15 years, it seems former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson is anxious to avoid those less than flattering camera angles these days. The 41-year-old stars in the new reality show Pam: Girl On The Loose but insiders claim her face is not allowed to be filmed close up.
“Pamela still looks fantastic but is clearly determined to look as great as possible on the show,” we’re told. “Producers have been informed she has to appear in only flattering lighting – and close-ups on her face are apparently a no-no.”
The eight-episode series is due to be shown in the UK on digital channel E! next month. Anderson also recently teamed up with Sacha Baron Cohen, whose lovestruck alter-ego Borat memorably attempted to kidnap her. “Pam has been around this game long enough to know the pitfalls of a bad camera angle,” adds our source on the show.

You know what can be worse than a bad camera angle? A bad face for the camera to zoom in on. I have never understood what in the world is supposed to be attractive about this creature. I can’t even call her a woman – it’s too insulting to the rest of us females. On her very best day Pamela looks like a tranny hooker.
I always hoped that she was insightful enough to have stumbled upon a certain look and intentionally capitalized on it – but that underneath the 3 pounds of makeup and 16 pounds of silicone there was a real, semi-normal human being. From the early reviews of the show, we’re going to finally put that myth to bed. Apparently Pam comes off just as dumb, empty, and useless as you’d expect. But at least she has flattering lighting, and that’s what really matters.
